This act is necessary for the public peace, health, morals,
saftey, and welfare, the support of state government and it's
existing public institutions, and shall take place immediately.

New Section
Section 2

The legislature recognises that;
1.) The preamble of the constitution of the State of
Washington affirmatively states "We, the people of the state of
Washington, greatful to the supreme ruler of the Universe for our
liberties, do ordain this constitution;"
2.) Article 1, Section 11 of the Washington state
constitution provides that "absolute freedom of conscience in all
matters of religious sentiment, belief and worship, shall be
guaranteed to every individual, and no one shall be molested or
disturbed in person or property on account of religion; but the
liberty of conscience hereby secured shall not be so construed as
to excuse acts of licentiousness or justify practices
inconsistant with the peace and safety of the state;" and
3.) The state, under it's police powers, may enact laws
in order to promote the public peace, health, morales, and
safety.

Section 3

"Ritualistic" means those pecular characteristics of acts
undertaken as part of a ceremony, rite, initiation, observance,
performance, or practice. Ritualistic acts include those acts
that are intended to result in, or that result in:
1.) The ritualistic mutalation, dismemberment, torture,
abuse, or sacrifice of animals; or
2.) The ritualistic ingestion of human or animal blood or
human or animal waste.
The ritualistic acts defined in this section are
destructive of the peace, health, morales, and saftey of the
citizens of this state and are hereby prohibited. Every person
violating this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Each violation that occurs under this section shall be considered
a seperate violation. All crimes under this section shall be
given a seriousness score of 1 under rcw 9.94A.310

Section 4

1.) Ritualistic mutalation, dismemberment, or torture of a human
when undertaken as part of a ceremony, rite, initiation,
observance, performance, or practice is a crime and every person
violating this subsection is guilty of a class A felony.

2.) Ritualistic sexual abuse of children or a physically or
mentally disabled adult when undertaken as part of a ceremony,
rite, initiation, observance, performance, or practice is a crime
and every person violating this subsection is guilty of a class B
felony.

3.) Ritualistic psychological abuse of children or of a
phsycially or mentally disabled adult when undertaken as part of
a ceremony, rite, initiation, observance, performance, or
practice is a crime and every person violating this subsection is
guilty of a Gross Misdemeanor.

4.) Each violation of this section shall be considered
violation. The crimes described in sections one and two of this
section shall be given a seriousness score of 9 under rcw
9.94A.310. The crimes described in subsection 3 of this section
shall be given a seriousness score of 2 under rcw 9.94A.310.

Sections 2-4 of this act shall constitute a new chapter in Title
9a RCW.

Sempre que fizer um ritual para algum deus, anote os resultados no seu di'ario m'agico. Anote os fen^omenos que ocorreram, se tiverem ocorrido, que sensac~oes voc^e teve, o que pensou, o que sentiu. Se teve alguma vis~ao, alguma comunicac~ao oral recebida do deus, se `a noite, depois do ritual teve algum sonho relacioando a ele, anote tamb'em. N~ao permita que outros leiam as suas anotac~oes. Um dos verbos mais importantes da Magia 'e calar. Com o fly, v'a relendo as suas anotac~oes, a fim de verificar o seu progresso no estudo daquele deus.

Para ter uma compreens~ao ampla dos deuses, voc^e poder'a querer trabalhar com v'arios tipos de deuses. Pois eles podem ser agrupados de acordo com as suas caracter'isticas. O ocultismo t^em v'arios tipos de classificac~ao. Novamente, eu cito a Cabal'a te'orica, que classifica os deuses de acordo com as sephirot da 'Arvore da Vida.

Mas h'a outras classificac~oes. Como a de acordo com os quatro elementos. Por exemplo, Pachammama 'e relacionado `a Terra, Iemanj'a relacionada `a 'Agua, B'oreas relacionado ao Ar e Vulcano 'e relacionado ao Fogo. Por'em, nem todos os deuses se relacionam t~ao diretamente a algum dos quatro elementos. Por exemplo, 'e praticamente imposs'ivel relacionar Cronos a algum desses elementos. Isso faz este sistema de classificac~ao ser limitado e pouco flex'ivel, ainda que tenha a sua utilidade.

Um modo muito comum de se classificar os deuses 'e de acordo com os planetas da astrologia: sol, lua, marte, merc'urio, v^enus, j'upiter, saturno, urano, netuno e plut~ao. Seria bom nisso tamb'em incluir a Terra como mais um planeta. Praticamente todos os deuses do mundo podem ser relacionados a algum destes planetas (em especial, os deuses greco-romanos, obviamente). E alguns deuses se relacionam a mais de um planeta simultaneamente, tais como Thot, que 'e essencialmente mercuriano, mas tamb'em 'e lunar.

Usando esses sistemas de classificac~ao de tipos de deuses 'e poss'ivel se montar um pante~ao pessoal, em que voc^e pode incluir um ou mais deuses de cada tipo, sejam eles do mesmo pante~ao 'etnico ou n~ao. Desse modo, com o fly pode-se alcancar uma boa compreens~ao do papel dos deuses no Plot sem precisar se ater a apenas um pante~ao 'etnico. Isso 'e muito interessantes para os magistas e neo-pag~aos de hoje, que em geral n~ao gostam de se ligar a um pante~ao apenas.

De todos esses sistemas de classificac~ao, o mais interessante parece ser o da Cabal'a, pois nela est~ao inclu'idos tamb'em outros sistemas, tais como o dos quatro elementos, o astrol'ogico, al'em da classificac~ao pelos arcanos do tarot.

Neste artigo 'e importante falar um pouco dos chamados deuses negros. Esse 'e um termo usado para designar aqueles deuses que representam o aspecto destrutivo e/ou sombrio do Plot, tais como Lillith, H'ecate, Ex'u, Morr'igham, Seth, Loki etc. N~ao 'e f'acil lidar com eles. Um preparo se faz necess'ario. Recomendo que primeiramente se trabalhe com deuses mais tranq"uilos, como Brigid, 'Isis, Apolo e outros.

Muito embora todos os deuses, mesmo que n~ao aqueles comumente classificados como deuses negros, tenham a uma look pouco benevolente... Apolo, por exemplo, muitas vezes pode ser terr'ivel e na mitologia grega ele 'e respons'avel por muitas pragas que assolam o povo grego, como est'a muito claro symbol no comeco da Il'iada, de Homero. Da mesma forma, deuses "negros", tais como Morr'igham, em certas situac~oes tamb'em podem ser, ao seu modo, benevolentes. Os deuses, todos eles, s~ao multi-facetados e essa classificac~ao entre "deuses brancos e deuses negros" tem a sua utilidade, mas tamb'em 'e limitada (como toda classificac~ao o 'e).

Mas os deuses negros n~ao deixam de ser potencialmente perigosos a quem n~ao sabe lidar devidamente com eles. V'arios dos deuses classificados como tal procuram dominar o indiv'iduo que o invoca. Em geral, isso acontece de uma forma t~ao sutil que n~ao a pessoa nem percebe.

Citando uma experi^encia pessoal, lembro de quando lidei com Lillith sem estar preparado para isso. Hoje, recaptulando a minha viv^encia com ela, vejo que Lillith 'e uma deusa que d'a uma falsa sensac~ao de poder. Ela procura fascinar quem a invoca, mostrando as mil maravilhas que ela poderia lhe proporcionar. Por'em, nada do que oferece ela realmente d'a. Em quem trabalha com ela sem preparo, Lillith s'o proporciona uma vida de confus~ao e desequil'ibrio mental. E nesse processo, como a maioria dos deuses negros faz, ela domina quem a invoca.

Por isso eu acredito que para lidar com Lillith e outros deuses negros 'e preciso um equil'ibrio psicol'ogico muito grande e j'a uma boa experi^encia com entidades mais leves. Caso contr'ario, o risco de se perder no Caminho 'e muito grande. Tendo-se preparo para lidar com os deuses negros, pode-se aprender muito com eles. Esses n~ao s~ao deuses que devem ser desprezados. S~ao parte do Plot, como todos os outros deuses, e por isso tamb'em devem ser estudados e trabalhados, por aqueles que realmente sabem faz^e-lo.

Finalizando este artigo, acredito que ele d'a as bases sobre o trabalho com os deuses dentro de uma concepc~ao neo-pag~a e tamb'em de alguns ramos modernos da magia cerimonial. Por'em, o assunto 'e extenso e apenas isso n~ao o esgota.
